As another agent, I expressed interested in a property on behalf of my client and tried to settle on a price, he was so arrogant and full of himself I would have walked away if the property had been for me. Who knows how many people actually did walk away from a deal just because of his pompous attitude. He is like a used car salesman...

Mike did all the right things to complete the transaction!

Mike sold my mother's property. She had passed away and this was a very difficult and emotional time for me. He was very helpful with the estate matters. Mike worked hard to sell the house and was supportive and caring along the way. He handled the details in a very professional manner. When I am ready to sell my house, I will certainly call Mike.

Mike Corsanico had helped us with the purchase of our property. He knows the Mayfair area very well. He sent us a list of properties that we might be interested in seeing which fit our criteria. He was very patient with us in our search, and also guided us through the home inspection and mortgage process. We are going to refer Mike to our family and friends. We were very pleased with his service.

My mother listed her house with Mike Corsanico because a relative of ours had recommended him and we saw alot of his signs in our area. We were very pleased with the extensive amount of advertising he did which attracted a fair amount of potential buyers to an Open House which Mike held at my mother's property. He continued to advertise, showings continued, and a deal had come in. Mike explained it to my mother and I, and guided her through the entire transaction. He was very patient and answered all of our questions. In this tough market, we were happy to have had an experienced agent who got her property to settlement. My mother's neighbor had their property up for sale a few months before hers with very little showings and no deal. I would highly recommend Mike. In fact, I already have!

I think Corsanico should pay attention to his work and stop his absolute rediculous behavior when aked to give advice, or even as simple as telling the truth abou properties of all the listing agent as his personal friends. He ruined my chanccch at a home I would have gotten If I didn't call him (knew him 25 yrs, met in the bar at the reasterant I worked at. Maybe thats the prob. not on the ball. He knew the listing agent, so how come he didn't know it was sold way below asking price, or who was offering to settle on a price. I would have paid more!! MORE COMMISION, guess he don't need the money, he's fill of himself since he passed the Broker test. What a waste for everyone around. Ex cept the young kid that got the house, didn't even call his friend. I will sue him if he causes me grief after writing this with remax agent. My Lawer will be on him so fast if I am ignored by any REmax Agent, and blackballed for telling the truth about Mike Corsanico. Remax eastern agents +commishion!

My husband and I had the worst experience with agent Michael Corsanico selling our home. We saw his name in a lot of places and thought that was a plus. What a mistake. Being inexperienced sellers we needed guidance. He never seemed to answer our questions directly, seemed poorly informed for an “experienced” agent, and became difficult to reach when our home didn’t sell immediately. He became short and arrogant during our discussions. I would never recommend him to anybody.
