This person that has put in a review about Margie is being vengeful. She is a liar. She never went to settlement. She was an investor that could not get her loan approved and lost her deposit money and wanted it back and by HUD's standards she was not entitled to it. Check with HUD. HUD kept her money not Margie! Margie is an excellent, awesome, honest, loving, caring agent that takes care of her clients. She would never steal from anyone. Ask around. Her reputation speaks for itself. She admits she made a mistake by trusting a real thief and a snake. She's not worried about the commission because she reports to a higher being that's taking care of this BCL person. They r in big trouble cause they shouldn't mess with this girl. She has a special connection with the man upstairs. I feel sorry for you BCL. I see u can't even get a job or even sell any of your houses. That's because u will not prosper until u repent and apologize to Margie. I recommend her to anybody!

Margie took my downpayment for a property and never turned the money in and the property was sold to someone else.Watch out for her she will steal your money. I filed a case with the real estate commission and there will be a hearing shortly. The real estate commission contacted her broker on 6900 Castor Ave and they tried to locate the money, but the money was not found. As soon as the hearing is over I will put out a message so that the public will be aware of the complaint. I will also inlcud the case number and any other correspondent i receive from the real estate commission. I am also filing a claim with the real estate association of philadelphia. This agent is not to be trusted, I had no idea that my downpayment was not paid until the day of closing, when I got to the office of the title company and was informed that no money was paid. This is a just a warning to the public to be very careful with this real estate agent. She comes across very friendly watch out.
