Why do you enjoy being a real estate agent?: I love working with people. Helping them achieve their goals, either buying or selling. I love to negotiate and get the best deal for my clients.
What is the most challenging issue you face as a Real Estate Professional?: The market has changed quite a bit recently and it is more challenging to get buyers and sellers together.
Tell us one of your client success stories or an interesting moment in your profession.: I listed a house recently and the clients did everything I recommended, from moving out of the house and getting it staged to pricing it where it should be. It sold within 5 days and had 4 offers and sold $20,000 over asking price!
What is your best characteristic?: Patience, listening skills and genuine hard-work
Who or what inspires you the most?: Excellent Realtors, excellent politicians, excellent business people, excellent philanthropists.
What is the best advice you ever received?: Achievement is connected with action. Succcessful men and women keeping moving. They make mistakes, but they don't quit.
