I agree with and fully reiterate the previous reviewer's comments. Do not list or bother trying to work with this agent. This agent is a control freak. He will sabotage any attempt at reaching an agreement by not passing on information (including documents he is required by law to deliver); he will prevent any direct communication between parties by being insanely rude, illogically angry, and absolutely unprofessional; he will give his own client terrible advice; he'll even manage to piss off your own agent, no matter how tough he/she is. I don't know what's in it for him, but he seems determined to prevent deals from happening, and he's failing to sell. Deals that have happened have contributed greatly to inflation of market values in West Philadelphia specifically. At least some property listings on website are way out of date (sold years earlier) and inaccurate (purchase prices inflated above actual price price).

Do not use Chris O'Donnell as a buyer or a seller. He will not actually send along information to the buyer/seller from you. He will get angry, rude, and completely out of line if you have any questions for the other person in the transaction. Do not use O'Donnell Real Estate if you actually want your transaction to go through.
