I rentend a row house from Jason Lerner and was in the process of relocating from NY to Phila. and opening another office down there. I came down on Nov 15. 08 to put some items in the house. @ 9:00 I went to the store around the corner and was shot for reasons unknown. I've been going to the hospital since and now am in the process of having my leg amputated from the shooting. I went to recoup my belongings from the home this past wknd and the tenants were using my bed and other items. Jason will not refund my deposit and first months rent being as though I was NEVER in the Property @ 2460 N Chadwick street. I've sent emails and have had several conversations with him and have not received anything from him. Now he is avoiding all of my calls,ltrs,emails. I did not know what I know of the "North Philadelphia" area as I do now which is pretty much the worst area in Phila. After the shooting Jason made me aware that he had "much better" property in Center City? I will stay in NYC.
