I bought a house from Mark in April this year and am very happy with it. The deal was a tough one and almost went to another bidder, but Mark was instrumental in getting this deal done for me. I've been looking for my dream house for 2 years, I've found it and I own it now. Its a great feeling to own your own home, all the wait and extra hard work is worth it. Thanks Mark.

I spoke with mark as I do many agents, to try to get documentation on the roof of a house he was trying to sell. His tone was dismissive. He said "we are going with another agency" I said "That is for the customer to decide" He didn't want to tell me what company. Then he said "allstate doesn't pay their claims". I could feel my blood start to boil. It is still boiling. I shudder to think how many of these "old school realtors are out there, giving people bad advice. I have a feeling he'll never read this because when I asked him for an email, he said just fax me something.

I MET WITH THEM ABOUT THE APARTMENT, THEY SAID I COULD MOVE IN (THEY WOULD BE GLAD TO HAVE A TENANT LIKE ME) 2 WEEKS GO BY AND I HEAR NOTHING ON AUGUST 16TH I GAVE MY LANDLORD NOTICE I WAS LEAVING MY 2 BDRM AND MOVING BECAUSE I WAS PROMISED THE APARTMENT. WHEN I FINALLY GOT IN TOUCH WITH THEM, THEY SAID THEY WERE RENTING IT TO A FRIEND OF THE GUY ON THE 1st FLOOR WHO WAS COMING FROM ANOTHER COUNTRY. THEY LIE AND HAVE NO MORALS OR ETHICS. I WOULD NEVER RECOMMEND THEM TO MY WORST ENEMY. I AM ALSO CONTACTING A LAYWER, BECAUSE ON SEPT. 27th I HAD A FRIEND CALL AND THEY TOLD HIM THE APARTMENT WAS AVAILABLE. SO THEY LIED TO ME AND NOW UNTIL I FIND ANOTHER PLACE I HAVE TO STAY WITH FAMILY AND FRIENDS . DO NOT USE THEM UNSDER ANY CIRCUMSTANCES BECAUSE THEY LIE THROUGH THEIR TEETH

My mother in law asked him to come out to her house to check on something. They knew each other on a personal basis. His partner came out and said so many things were wrong with the else, i.e. mold and the neighborhood was "going downhill" (There was no mold and thre stil is no mold) He said the ony reason he came out was to check the house so they could sell it She was not interested in selling it. It seems they tell older people lies so they think they have to move. Find another realtor.
