PG buy a previous house with Kirby E Kean and would not recommend them to other home buyers.
If unscrupulous, rude and nasty don't turn you off, how about this...? Does not return calls, does not make repairs, does not make any attempt to be even close to nice to prospective renters. Buildings are in disorder and tenants come and go, often disappearing in the night, HOWEVER, if you are an honest person trying to do the right thing, BEWARE! He will take advantage of your good nature and will suck every penny he can out of you, especially if you're female. Again, BEWARE!!!!!
