after meeting and getting to know this wonderful woman, I can honestly say that she is incredibly focused on her job, her family, and her ability to effectivly communicate with people of all walks of life. You can't find a harder working and more dedicated person to handle your realestate and property management needs.

Janet Feliciano is by far one of the rudest and unprofessional people I have ever had to deal with, along with everyone else at her agency. She ignores my calls and emails, and when she actually responds she is nasty. This goes for most people at Martin Elfant. We have to go through them with rent per our landlord and the accountants can't even keep our records straight. Couldn't be more of an all around pain to deal with. I wouldn't recommend my worst enemy.

I think Janet knows what she is doing, as she's been doing it for a while and is very active, but she has a terrible attitude. She is, frankly, one of the rudest people I've encountered. I would not do business with her.
