DC buy a previous house with Joseph DeSouza and would not recommend them to other home buyers.
My family has been using this place for over 20 yrs. For the last 10 yrs I have begged my family to pull out of this management company. It is run by a two-bit criminal who would hold on to the property checks and mail them out perpetually for a month, so that he could collect a monthly interest with YOUR money. As of this weekend, he has now stolen an unknown amount of checks and has flown out of the country and has gone to Aruba with a lot of money. This company is done!
