PA owner buy a previous house with Minh V Nguyen and would not recommend them to other home buyers.
He is such a lie and terrible agent. Took the money and didn't rent my house to tenant in good tenant. I just went to see my house yesterday. I barely recognized that as my house. I bought the house with newly finishings and everything was clean. He rent my house to three tenants since I first bought. All three ends up with being late on rent or not paying at all. Who is the world did he rent my house to? Someone off the street? I currently need to do eviction again...NEVER EVER RECOMMEND HIM TO ANYONE.
