I have been a licensed realtor since 1995.

$225,000.00

Are there any new developments or trends in your area?
I'm situated in an historic area of Philadelphia, University City which allows me a unique perspective on new trends; I see them as they unfold and right now the trend is improved city living.

Why do you enjoy being a real estate agent?
The flexability it affords me. Spending quality time with my family is important and by being a realtor I can visit the kids school in midday; run those errands that are needed; and to be right there when my client needs me.

What is the most challenging issue you face as a Real Estate Professional?
The most challenging issue we face as realtors is remaing technically proficient; so as to ensure that our clients are provided with real time information.

Tell us one of your client success stories or an interesting moment in your profession.
I can tell you about 500 success stories. Everytime a client of mine leaves an escrow closing smiling and is happy with what has been accomplished then I consider that a success!

What is your best characteristic?
Integrity; I believe in it and will not sway from it.

Who or what inspires you the most?
Children inspire me the most. As they look upon this world in their innocense and bewilderment I cann't help but to make a point of doing whatever I can to help them realize a dream if I can.

What is the best advice you ever received?
It was from my Dad, "Always treat people the way you want to be treated".

If you could live anywhere in the world, where would it be?
To be honest, and I've lived in Germany, France, Canada, & Japan during my years of experience and travel, there is no where else I would want to live except here in the United States of America.
