This guy is CRAZY!!

I would not suggest that anyone rent from this man. He is a horrible landlord and will drive you insane. He does not make nessessary repairs to his homes and he will make false promises that he will. I know that this site is for those who are buying a home from him and to you all I can say is DO NOT TRUST THIS MAN. He is a very bad person!
