R and E buy a previous house with Bruce Lang and would not recommend them to other home buyers.
Bought a home that he was one of the builders/developers in. It is a year later and we are getting ready to sue him. He, and his partners and co-horts, lied to us, have still failed to finish our punchlist and more. WE would not buy another one of their properties or recommend them to anyone. They trade under Kater Court, LLP and Maximum Properties, LLC. He also acted as the agent via Coldwell Banker Realty. Look them up in the civil action search in Phila. County.

I tried a couple of times to connect with this agent to see a rental property. I never got the impression he cared for my business, which will definitely go elsewhere. He's a little too cool for school, if you know what I mean. Not recommended.
