My experiences w/Henry have been not only pleasant but also informative. Alot of information pertaining to the real estate market and how it works. Henry is a pro and knows what he's doing. He navigated me through a 203k, FHA loan with no problems. A couple of bumps along the way with the lender but nothing that could not be worked through. Henry stayed on point with me all the way. He's good and I would reccommend him to my friends and family any time.
Effective/Efficient
Henry provided services that allowed me to concenstrate on other matters besides the selling process of this property. His negotiations strategies were sound and produced results that were within my goals. I would reccommend him to others who were considering real estate ventures in Philadelphia.
A very patient realtor
My experience w/Mr. Davis was very positive. Since this was the first time in buying a home Mr. Davis allowed me time to digest all the information that was given to me as part of the homebuying process. Mr. Davis explained to me everything that was needed in the process and how the process was going to take place. His estimates were on target and accurate. He also provided my with the needed forms to apply for the 1st Time Homebuyers Program Stimulus for $8k. I am very happy with my new house and would/will recommend Henry Davis to anyone I meet who is interested in buying or selling a house.
A very good Philadelphia Realtor
My experience w/Mr. Davis was the two times I completed real estate transactions w/him. He sold me a duplex in 2006 and then sold the same duplex for me in 2007 at enough of a profit where I was able to purchase yet another property again w/Mr. Davis. I am now thinking of allowing Mr. Davis to sell this second property which will allow to purchase an additional property. Mr. Davis knows his business very well and I reccommend my friends to him all the time

My experience with Henry was pleasurable from the start. Henry is extremely knowledgable about the Philly real estate market. His regular updates during the transactional process was comforting and easy to understand and to follow. Henry was patient with me because I had alot of questions and anxieties about the real estate process. He kept right with me until we settled and then each month afterwards he was in touch with me to ensure things were going well for me. I would reccommend him to my family and any one I knew who was thinking of completing a real estate transaction in Philadelphia. Henry is the best.
