I wrote an earlier review about my experiences with Steven Savitz. I saw that there is a retraction statement on this site from a Thomas posted 9 days after mine. I see no other Thomas giving a review adn wanted to stress that I did not post nor do I retract my statements. That is embarrassing to see someone stoop to that level to try to clean up their mess instead of admitting fault and trying to reslove situations.

I worked for Steven about 7 years ago. He is part of a three member team who buy, sell and rent properties throughout Philly. They are all scam artists and slum lords. They treat their tenants like dirt, take their money and make lots of empty promises. Same with buyers. Once a deal is done, so is your contact with Steven.

Hey contractors, when you get involved with mr. savitz, strap on your seat belt cause your going for a bulls*** ride.

Steven Savitz is a terrible realtor! He had made numerous unfufilled promises and blantenly lied about other situations. We have been in our place for 11 days now and have been though three more delays and not only is our apartment not finished, is has gotten worse. Our air conditioner doesn't work and the pipes upstairs flooded my bedroom. Steven ignored my phone messages and drove out of town that day instead of stopping by to ****ess the damages. (the walls are still wet three days later and won't be finished until next week). He lied numerous times about leaving phone messages for us and about when the work will be completed and trash talks the contractors instead of resolving the situation. The contractors, plumbers, air conditioner and heating repairman and numerous neighbors have all voluntarily offered their disparaging opinions of Steven Savitz. I do not recommend him to manage a little league baseball game. Cynthia of APM real estate may be the saving grace of that Co.
