Thomas Posey bought a home but would not recommend using Steven
for your home
purchase.
Comments: "Steven Savitz is a terrible realtor! He had made numerous unfufilled promises and blantenly lied about other situations. We have been in our place for 11 days now and have been though three more delays and not only is our apartment not finished, is has gotten worse. Our air conditioner doesn't work and the pipes upstairs flooded my bedroom. Steven ignored my phone messages and drove out of town that day instead of stopping by to ****ess the damages. (the walls are still wet three days later and won't be finished until next week). He lied numerous times about leaving phone messages for us and about when the work will be completed and trash talks the contractors instead of resolving the situation. The contractors, plumbers, air conditioner and heating repairman and numerous neighbors have all voluntarily offered their disparaging opinions of Steven Savitz. I do not recommend him to manage a little league baseball game. Cynthia of APM real estate may be the saving grace of that Co." Read full review |
