I was selling my house for the first time and my best friend, Lori, recommended Jin Gao to me. Lori spoke very highly of him, so I decided to hire him. He was very professional and experienced. He advised me on how to stage hy house and what to do when people are seeing the house. He got it sold fairly quickily in a market like this and with the price I'm happy with. I felt very comfortable with the whole experience. He was very patient with me and walked me through every step of the way. And now, he is selling my sister's house.

I was working with Jin, and other agents in Aarch Realty: Xin Hu, Jason Wong, Peter Wu, etc. They were seller’s agents. It was the worst experience I had. They talked big about how much they could help to get a good deal, and they promised to be helpful because I didn’t have buyer agent but end up to be a disappointment. They were careless and inexperience. They made stupid mistakes such as price was not right on the contract, the dates were wrong, and at the end my name was wrong…etc. No, no, to my family and friends.

Someone had recommended Tanh Ton to help me sell my house. But never again will I use her or recommend her to any one. It took her forever to sell and never got the deal done. went to so many problems with her! And she never follows up. And she is no longer with Aaarch Reality.
