bought a home
but would not
recommend using Iris for your home purchase.
Comments: "My husband and I put a bid on a house with a contingency. Ms. Segal represented the sellers. We agreed to let the sellers continue to market, thinking we had first right of refusal.
We were surprised to find the owners home during our inspection. That was uncomfortable enough, but the seller followed my husband and I around the house saying "You need to sell your house!" repeatedly. Then Ms. Segal said to me directly "Don't you think your house is priced too high?" Our house had been on the market for 5 days.
The seller and Ms. Segal were both so overbearing and rude, that I left the home inspection EARLY because they made me feel so uncomfortable.
Today, the sellers got another offer for more money and they took it. I'm OK with that and accept that it wasn't meant to be. But we never got a courtesy call to match the offer. Even after spending over $500 on the inspection. I find that TOTALLY in keeping with my earlier experience with Ms. Segal. Rude." Read full review |
