My daughter and son in law drove all the way up from North Carolina on Saturday to look at a house in Pennsylvania. They had an appointment with Janet Stitt. Upon arriving in Pennsylvania on Saturday, they were informed that the house already had been purchased or had a purchase offer and she would not be showing for the appointment. This young couple does not have the time or money to simply drive up from North Carolina to simply visit the state of Pennsylvania. He is in the military and she is pregnant. While they do not want to make a big deal out of this, as a parent I do. I will be contacting the appropriate people in the State of Pennsylvania to inform the pertinent authorities of this Realtor's lack of professionalism and her handling of potential customers. They spent their gas money and time to travel this great distance to look at a home they were sincerely interested in. She could have at least called them prior to their leaving North Carolina. I am furious about this.
