- I am a full time agent 15 years.
- What is the average home price in your market?
- My average home price is approximately $400,000.
- Why do you enjoy being a real estate agent?
- I love people. I enjoy working with them and helping them with the most important purchase of a lifetime. When we are sitting at the settlement table and they are so excited to get into their new home, that is the best!! For my sellers, sometimes it can be emotional and I am happy to be there for them and to help and comfort them through the process.
- What is the most challenging issue you face as a Real Estate Professional?
- That is a tough question for me to answer. The reason being, whatever is thrown my way I see it as a challange, which I enjoy! I have always believed that there is never a problem or challenge that doesn't have a solution or cannot be overcome!
- Tell us one of your client success stories or an interesting moment in your profession.
- This is success and interesting all in one...On an occasion or two, when I have one end of a deal, say the buyer, and after the settlement I started receiving referrals from the seller of the deal. Reason being, I was told they felt I worked so hard for my buyer client, they wished I had been their realtor.
- What is your best characteristic?
- Dedicated, Honest, Aggresive...
- Who or what inspires you the most?
- Positive, happy and successful people!
- What is the best advice you ever received?
- I watched my Dad with a successful restaurant business so I certainly saw him as my role model. When I first went for my real estate license he told me to work this business and keep at it and I would be successful. And my Dad was absolutely right!
- If you could live anywhere in the world, where would it be?
- Right where I am!
