Extra mile

Our relationship with Phil started by my call to 411 T-Mobile. You see it was 4:00 pm, we had driven 80 miles or so to view a property. Turned out it wasn't for us. On the way back home and feeling that we drove a long way to see just one house,I was feeling a little disappointed, We were coming into Ephrata, Pa. I called 411 and asked for a ReMax Office. A very attentive individual named Carl listened to my short notice plight and guided us to the office. There we met Phil a down to earth,makes you feel comfortable kind of guy. He immediately wanted to know what our interests were. He then showed us several possibilities.We departed for home and talked, how good we felt about stopping at Phil's Office. We emailed with possible listings and he set up visits. We drove out a week later and Phil spent the entire afternoon showing us houses.To date we havent found the right place.
