Good to deal with

Whoever wrote that bad review must not have really done business with Zook. We thought he was the sharpest most helpful agent we have ever dealt with. He and his staff did everything they could to help us get a good deal - the financing program they work wiht is amazing! and get through a difficult closing on a house his other company built for us. The lender was a mess but they helped us through it all and got it done for us. We would definately recommend him and all his employees that we had contact with to anyone who asks.

DO NOT BUILD,BUY,RENT,OR HAVE ANY DEALINGS WITH THIS PERSON! HE IS ONE OF THE MOST DISHONEST PEOPLE YOU WILL NEVER MEET... YES, HE DOES NOT EVEN LIVE IN PA AND HE WILL NOT EVER SPEAK TO HIS CUSTOMERS PERSONALLY. HE USES HIS EMPLOYEES TO SPEAK FOR HIM. BEWARE OF ZOOK!!!!!!!!
