Whoever wrote that bad review must not have really done business with Zook. We thought he was the sharpest most helpful agent we have ever dealt with. He and his staff did everything they could to help us get a good deal - the financing program they work wiht is amazing! and get through a difficult closing on a house his other company built for us. The lender was a mess but they helped us through it all and got it done for us. We would definately recommend him and all his employees that we had contact with to anyone who asks.

I found Doug to be honest, straightforward and very effective in helping us become the owner of our first home. His employees were great too. Would definately do business with Douglas L. Zook Real Estate again!
