Terry McManus was orginally involved with the sale of our house. For some reason, the listing agent had her removed. She stepped in at the last minute to save the sale.

Peter Kullberg originally appraised the house at over $280,000. Checking real estate listing in the area, it appeared that the house was overpriced. At our insistance, the listing price was reduced to $269,000. When an offer came in at $250,00, he claimed that's the best we could do. Once we signed the contract, he stopped representig us, and took the buyers side in all disputes.

We had a horrible experience with Ms. Dwyer who was on the opposite side of a potential sale transaction. When she visited our house with her client, she was unfriendly and unpleasant (we only returned to the house and had contact after she and her client had remained inside after the alloted hour of visitation). She failed to manage her client's unreasonable expectations and allowed her client to make false accusations regarding water intrusion in a basement and the alleged costs of fixing same. Her appearance was also unprofessional. She was utterly unable to close a deal, even when we gave in to every demand made. Her response time on issues was relatively slow. Admittedly, some of Julianne's problems may have been exacerbated by her client, who had never owned a house and apparently had issues.
