PO buy a previous house with Janet M Arant and would not recommend them to other home buyers.
I used this realtor to buy my house. For whatever reason I let her talk me out of getting the home inspection. I have had nothing but trouble with this house and just now found out that none of the electrical work is inspected by PPL nor will it pass if it is inspected! I'm not sure how she benefitted from this but why else would she talk me out of something so important. I doubt there is anything I can do now but I will be calling a lawyer and will be telling everyone to PLEASE AVOID THIS MONEY HUNGRY WOMAN!!
