Improved realty activity in particular 1st time buyers. 2009 is a great time to purchase a property. Buyer and seller interest is on the up-tick and the overall market place is beginning to sparkle a bit brighter.
Why do you enjoy being a real estate agent?
I treasure and thoroughly enjoy working with buyers, sellers, investors and my fellow real estate professionals in conducting our realty transactions in a smooth, timely and enjoyable fashion.
It's a pleasure for me to work with sellers in setting goals for getting their property sold in a timely and profitable fashion. Each and every seller has a unique set of circumstances that needs to be clearly identified and managed to bring forth the expectations of the seller.
I really enjoy assisting sellers with properties that did not sell; that I thought should have sold.
It's very easy to find fault with many things when a property does not sell. It's a difficult market but properties are selling. It takes a well thought out and well funded marketing strategy to bring forth qualified buyers. I have a strong desire for getting the results my clients expect and deserve.
It's a pleasure and warming experience helping buyers find that special home and sharing with them the joy of ownership -- 1st time purchase -- Moving upward -- relocating -- down-sizing. These are important moments for me as well as my clients.
What is the most challenging issue you face as a Real Estate Professional?
Keeping pace with the changes in the real estate industry. It takes a full time effort to maintain an edge in realty marketing and technology. It takes a great deal of time to keep current with changing local, state and industry rules and regulations.
Today's real estate industry requires full time effort from the realty professional. It requires a strong commitment to manage state of the art tools and resources. The realty professional must have and maintain current knowledge about the realty business.
Today's Realtor must be able to provide -- Straight Talk -- Right Choices -- Informed Decisions and the Highest Level of Professional Real Estate Service to be successful in difficult real estate market.

If you could live anywhere in the world, where would it be?
Long Beach Island, New Jersey. This is one beautiful location. We have had a bunch of family enjoyment by the sea.
