I have no idea who you are or why you are writing this crap about Lucy Magee. I believe a lawyer would be interested in seeing this misleading information about Lucy. This is TOTAL defamation of character!!!!! First of all Lucy is one of the most respected brokers in the tr-state area and has won many awards to prove so for the past 35 years. If your house didn't sell blame it on yourself or do you think maybe the economy could be a factor? Too many of you uneducated people are quick to blame the real estate agent for your stupidity. It makes me sick that idiots like you can write crap about upstanding citizens. Many of you people think your house is a GOLDEN CASTLE when in fact it is probably not. The pros know what real estate should sell for, that is thier job. Most of you don't listen to the agents suggested price, then after all of their work and advertising at your high price, it doesn't sell. Then you list it with somebody else. You end up getting what the first agent told you you'd get to begin with and you think the new agent is a hero. I have been buying and selling real estate for 30 years so I KNOW I WHAT I AM TALKING ABOUT! By the way I know for a FACT she's not a drunk, maybe you are and that is why you are totally confused on this whole issue.

Had I known she had very well known reputation for enjoying one too many drinks, I would have never listed my house with her or the agency she works for - Pennington Lines Real Estate. In fact, I asked that the agency cover her name on my For Sale sign in the front yard. I did not want people to know she was the listing agent/broker as I heard people totally avoid dealing with her. Live and learn. Please don't make the same mistake if you are selling your home. Please use a more reputable real estate agent!!

This agent needs to retire...soon. My father listed his home in Erie with her, almost 6 months later it's still for sale - no offers. She has made no attempts to show the house, hold an open house, or advertise. All the homes for sale in his neighborhood have sold in less than 2 months. Thank goodness he's changing real estate companies. Also, he complained she showed up drunk at his house..not once, but twice. Eeeks!!

Trevor was very helpful with both our purchase and sale of our home, especially considering that while selling our home we were living 350 miles away.
