Tracy buy a previous house with Denise Fleitman and would not recommend them to other home buyers.
We signed with Denise but should have checked references! She doesn't respond to repeated requests for information but asks us to hire friends & relatives and keep lowering our price. She takes vacations and doesn't tell us, but still doesn't return emails when she returns. No one in the ReMax offices locally will help, nor will they replace her on our business. We ask for advice, but don't get it. We ask for information, but no one replies. Do not sign with these people! Our home isn't listed on half the sites promised and the open house never happened.
