BS buy a previous house with Edward G Sekerak and would not recommend them to other home buyers.
This guy is a certified VA appraiser. He appraised my home after $80,000 less than what my bank had on file from their appraisal. the old appraisal was only 2 years old when I tried to refinance. I have a log home and he compared to stick built home. This guy is terrible and not even willing to work with you to try and find a suitable value. All he wants is our tax dollars from the VA after he did the contracted appraisal. I WOULD NOT USE THIS GUY FOR ANYTHING. I am a diabled vet and he treated me and my family as if we were scum of the earth. STAY AWAY....!
