SW buy a previous house with Ruth A Budine and would not recommend them to other home buyers.
This woman is in charge of the homeowner's association in my development. When I have gone to her with questions or concerns, she has been less then courteous. She has even shown up at my door at 8am and been belligerent. She has had handymen help themselves to our utilities -- water, electric -- via hook-ups outside. She does not conduct herself in a professional manner. I highly suggest finding a different realtor.
