Andrew was professional from start to finish. I think what set Andrew apart was his knowledge of the area and the local market place. He was able to provide comps but also worked with us to find the right selling price for our home. He always made himself available and was able to answer all of our questions either via phone or in person. I was impressed with the technology tools that he used to market, generate leads, and provide feedback on all of our open houses.

Andrew is/was very knowledgeable of the real estate market, prepared with comps & I appreciated his approach. One thing that made Andrew stand out from other Realtors is that when we met (at an open house) he was able to pull comps while on site and was VERY informative, able to give accurate answers and wasn't pushy in any way. He let me direct the speed of my real estate inquires/research and eventually, when I was ready to buy...he was available when my schedule allowed. VERY pleased.

Purchased a home through Andrew Himes
Andrew was extremely helpful and knowledgeable. Being first time home buyers we had a ton of questions. Andy was able to answer all of our questions thoroughly as well as provide contacts for items such as loans, titles and insurances. Amazing Experience!
We bought our house back in 2006 with Andrew being our agent. From day one Andrew was on the ball with all the ins and outs of the process. This was only our second house purchase and were very thankful for his knowledge of the industry. Not only did he help us with the home purchase but he also was our selling agent. Andrew was tremendous. He’s always available to answer questions and attend to our very particular needs. I am sure that my wife (mostly) and I drove him nuts, but he always was there and hung with us till he found us our new home. I am a small business owner in a sales driven industry and I can tell you that Andrew has the know-how and perfect attitude to communicate and follow through with all aspects of the sale; from the very, very beginning till checking in with us months after the settlement to make sure everything was perfect. He was perfect orchestrating the purchase of our new home and selling of our current one. We got our new home at the price that we needed to be at, while getting top dollar for our old house in a down market. If he is ever interested in a position in another industry (or if I buy another home) I would hire him in a second.

I would be happy to recommend Andrew as a realtor to anyone. My wife and I were a bit wary about the searching process at first because we were not really sure what we wanted, but Andrew helped us narrow down our needs and wants when it came to looking. He was patient and willing to meet with us very frequently. I was impressed with two things primarily: first, he was not high pressure. I think sales people in general come off as people who are just out to make money off of you, but this was not my experience at all. Instead of steering us towards things that were out of our price range, he accomodated to what we were looking for. The other thing I was most impressed with was that he was honest about the houses we were looking at. He didn't try to cover up "issues" with the house but gave his honest opinion about if it was a big problem or more of a cosmetic issue. By the end of the homebuying process it felt as though we had worked with someone we had known for years, and we felt comfortable with him. I can guarantee you will be in the best of hands if you were to choose Andrew to help you.
