Everyone in town just loves her, but she did not work for me. She worked really hard for the other client who already had a agent. She did not disclose some of the clauses that I could have selected. Ultimately, she made a buck. But, I would not recommend her or use her again. First time buyers beware. Overall, I was not pleased.

I was in a bad situation as far as getting my house. Just got a divorce, credit was at best so-so. Marva went the extra yard to do everthing possible to get me in my dream house. I had gone to other agents earlier, only to have them say they can't help me right now!! I had heard from someone else that Marva is good at getting so called risky people into homes.......Actaully that statment was not totally true....SHE IS GREAT at it!! I would recommend her to anyone she is without doubt the best at her job!! Thanks Marva
