I wanted to sell my house "as is" and as soon as possible; she quickly figured a range ($225K-235K) and we went with $230K. She put together a superb brochure and was immensely helpful with the various aspects of prepping the house for viewing. It's a balanced market, with substantial inventory both in new construction and resales. Condition, more than ever,is key when listing a home.

Why do you enjoy being a real estate agent?
Knowing that in some small way, I am helping people make important transitions in their lives, whether their first home or downsizing.

What is the most challenging issue you face as a Real Estate Professional?
Helping clients understand not only the dynamics and process of buying or selling a home, but also, how it changes.

Tell us one of your client success stories or an interesting moment in your profession.
Exceeding client expectations and delivering great results is common place, but literally standing on my head at one client's home was an unusual request. I tried out her new yoga headstand prop on the deck. We'll probably list her house next year, don't know if the headstand support will be included.

Few of us do great things, but we can all do ordinary things with great love.

If you could live anywhere in the world, where would it be?
Right where I am -- of course, I wouldn't mind having a vacation homes in places such as Costa Rica, New Mexico, Wyoming, the Carolinas, a Greek island or Scotland.
