Automated system and website incorrect. Wrong listing for property. Very poor customer service. All, don't even bother calling unless you are already pre approved and expect to be treated like you are uneducated/ignorant. Proof of this is in a recent email from Bob and I quote " We have to treat all buyers the same. You may be well and good and do not expect things of the agent but we have to treat each and every buyer the same or that would be discrimination." So, if you are treated very well, contact me because that would be proof of discrimination. Happy home home hunting everyone.
