Vito Dentino is the definition of a slum lord. Houses are disgustinng, old and dirty. If something is wrong, forget about him doing anything to fix it. However, if it is a severe problem i.e. the constant flooding of our basement for two years due to the pipes that are ancient, he will hire a worker off of craigslist or some place like that.. these workers are deff not professionals. Vito will give them a key and allow them to come and go as they please. God forbid they steal something, because you never get the same worker twice. I asked one of them how he was hired, he told me he does cheap free lance jobs, so Vito called him up. Go figure. STAY AS FAR AWAY FROM THIS AGENCY AS POSSIBLE. He is known to say rude, arrogant, and racist remarks. He has monopolized the rental business of California, PA and sadly most college students have no choice but to rent from this horrible evil man. He truley does not care about his tenants, he is a cheap bastard! BE WARNED!!‎

Let me jsut say this i have been renting off vito for 3 years, and he gets worse every year hey shows up to ur house and just walks in when ever he wants. Which by law is not aloud for all you who dont know your real estate. He has to give you 24 hr notice by law unless of an emergency. He is a cocky old bum, who this he is better then everyone the sad thing is he lives in california pa, top ten worse municipalities in pennsylvania.

June 2008-I'm writing about the lack of service you receive from Vito Dentino. His apartments are gross, smell, and have not been updated since 1975. He makes you move into a run down apartment then when you move out, he says you were the reason the apartment is in bad shape, then sends you a five hundred dollar bill in damages. And there is nothing you can do, because he has that court all wrapped around his finger. Hopefully, one day when I return in four years for my brothers graduation from CALU, I will see the students finally toke a stand against him. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND DO NOT RENT OFF OF VITO DENTINO.

I'm a student at Cal U and I rent off of vito dention now I'm not writing this to talk bad about him but I feel that it has to be known that he is a borderline slumloard he tells people that his places are nice and clean and if u talk to the people who live n some of these places thell tell u how he never fixes anything and charges way 2 much money for an apt. Many of these apt are not worth ad much as he's making us the student pay. Tell me how many college student do u know can afford a apt that cost 3500 a semester or a 500 a month rent what college student do u know who can pay that. Many people up here will tell u that vito is a slumloard. Its not right the way he charges people all this money and his apt are up to par. I jus feel that what he's doing up here is wrong.
