- In the past couple of years it has been helping sellers realize that the changes in home values we've seen will probably be here for some time and for buyers, guiding them through whats become even tighter lending pratices...given all of this, people still buy and sell every day...It can be done and I'm here to make it easier!

- In my first full year in the business, I helped a seller sell 2 houses next to eachother after they had been on the market with another agent for over a year, it was the dead of winter, construction was keeping the street partially closed and new sewers were being put in! We sold and closed them both within a week of eachother!

- Don't always get caught up in where you want to be, take time to also look back at how far you've come (from my martial arts sensei)
