Dick, Where is your website? I have a young guy working for me looking for a house. I was out for a walk tonight and saw one of your listings. I can't find you or it on the web! As my kids would say, "Dad, everybody does all of their business on the web! Don't get to excited, not that your an exciteable guy..... but we have a waitress who I think, has already locked this guy up. And he has very little money to spend.... as I pay him a pittance.... I'm sure you understand. Anyway, I was out for a walk and saw a cute little house on 2nd or 3rd Ave. probably way over his budget, but I saw you were the listing agent and thought I'd look it up. Can't find spit! BTW, Thank you for the peanuts! I'm a peanut lover, got it from my dad born in SC. Thanks, Rod PS. And thank you for all of your business through out the years.
