incompetent/dishonest

This agent does not care about the wishes of the seller even though he is supposedly representing them. All he cares about is closing the deal , no matter who gets burned, and getting his commission . When it is time to go to court, which it did because he refused to do his job even after being asked to, he won't even show up to court and tell the truth. I would not use this incompetent/criminal agent if he were the last one on the planet.
