I would like to highly recommend Tom Inglesby from Remax. He is an excellent Realtor who surpassed our high expectations. Tom has a wealth of information and expertise. We have just closed on our very anxious yet exciting first home purchase. He treated us like we were his only clients available day or night and on weekends. Quickly responding to any emails and questions we had. We never felt lead in the wrong direction or rushed as we looked at many homes. He understood our home wish list and did his best to deliver. He took us step by step providing detailed information on the home's structure, building materials, location and real estate market. He pointed out minor repairs needing to be done and how to do them. At negotiation time he went to bat for us and we were surprised to get everything we wanted including all repairs. I have no doubt it was due to Tom's skills and market knowledge. During the repair process he checked every detail and even had the seller fix repairs already made. What an eye! Tom is very personable, professional and will make your dream house purchase a reality. Rest assure you will be in good caring hands!

I can only speak of shortcomings when it comes to Ellen's credibility and personality. She only communicates when it is profitable for Ellen and is extremely arrogant. I was mislead by her lack of communication and found her to be very uncooperative.

I was looking to buy a house in Bend, Oregon. Because this was not in Patrick's area of expertise, he contacted an agent in the Bend area, who also was a CRS, to help me. But Patrick went with me to Bend to introduce me, and advise me. The Bend agents Patrick contacted were very good, and with their and Patrick's help, I was able to locate and purchase a suitable house the first day I was there. But even thought the Bend agents were doing most of the work, Patrick stayed in close contact to make sure things were going well.

I would not recommend Mark Solon to manage any property. My experience was a fraudulent one, enough so, that I had to fire him for breach of contract. For example: he had utilities brought into the office (without my consent or notification) to where he would charge me 8% to pay the bills, and then take 8% from the payments made by my tenant. That's called double dipping! There was a handy man bill nearly every month with no invoices provided, because either no work was carried out or done so on items that his office had the warranty for which wouldn't merit a charge, but you can bet I was billed for. He made money when rent was late which is a clear conflict of interest and incentive for remiss. He was very difficult to get a response from when I had any questions and would often ignore my emails. The one good thing is he did not contest being fired, but attorneys do tend to inspire that! I trusted my asset with Mark when I moved abroad, big mistake!

Avoid like you avoid the flu! Very pushy and cocky needs to learn when to stop and listen. I would not even buy a goldfish through this agent!

She went above & beyond the call of duty. Without her creativity and intelligence, our house would have never sold! She was very helpful in the purchase of our new home as well.

Mariesa helped me with my very first home purchase. She assisted me with everything from improving my credit score, helping me obtain a great loan, and helping me find a great home. I have recommended her services to my mom, sister and friend and they were all very pleased with how smooth their transactions went.

But has not been associated with Cascadia homes (now defunct) for over 4 years. Thoughtful and conscientious.

My dealings with this broker and the agents in his firm have been, at best, miserable. I would greatly discourage anyone from having dealings with Mr. Mann or anyone in his firm. If you do, please take the time to read over your paperwork very very carefully and make sure that your money is protected before you sign any contracts or addendums presented to you.
