Benjamin SIlver sell a previous house with Kathleen ODonnell and would recommend them to other home sellers.
The declining market since last fall made selling my restored, historic home a challenge. Kathleen put it under contract 5 times and each of the first 4 fell out due to the economy/job situation of buyers. Despite this, she worked hard holding many open houses, and broker opens until we at last got a great couple who intially saw it on one of her open houses.
