My wife and I came to Karen after feeling that our prior real estate agent was more interested in closing a deal (any deal) than helping us find a house that was right for us. Karen was wonderful - extremely knowledgeable, hard working, and always working in our interests. Karen wasn't just trying to make a sale, she would always point out both the positives and negatives about a given house. Of course, it is for the buyer to realize that working with a budget constraint means that it will be difficult to find a house that is your "dream home" in every single aspect. So, having a very knowledgeable professional like Karen by your side it is much easier to make an informed decision.
