Why do you enjoy being a real estate agent?: I enjoy being a real estate agent because I can bring my technical and analytical background to a business that isn't inherently either.
What is the most challenging issue you face as a Real Estate Professional?: Fighting inaccurate information!
Tell us one of your client success stories or an interesting moment in your profession.: During my first year in the Real Estate business a nice older lady came in to the home I was holding open. She wanted to know the history of the home, about the in ground oil tank and the potential ramifications, and about the area. She ended up purchasing the home that day! Open houses very, very rarely sell homes.
What is your best characteristic?: Integrity/honesty
Who or what inspires you the most?: Hard, consistent work.
What is the best advice you ever received?: You can do anything you put your mind to.
