Tim buy a previous house with Kim R Colin and would not recommend them to other home buyers.
This agent acted in a very unprofessional manner. She was ingratiating at first, then turned rude, demanding and nasty when she didn't get what she thought she deserved. I have since heard that this is not uncommon for her and that she uses everyone, including other professionals, to get what she wants. She apparently has a bad reputation around town.
