- What is the most challenging issue you face as a Real Estate Professional?
- The profession itself is a challenge everyday. You go to work unsure exactly what that day is going to present to you. The biggest challenge that I face is deciding when it's time to call it a day and go home.
- Tell us one of your client success stories or an interesting moment in your profession.
- I work 100% from referral, I think my biggest "ah ha" moment was when I finally realized that people were so satisfied with our services that I no longer had to cold call or advertise my services. I am always humbled when a prospect calls to buy property and was referred from another client.
- What is your best characteristic?
- I have a very high standard for the work my group and I put out. I never settle for one solution, and I never accept, "it can't be done".
- Who or what inspires you the most?
- Brian Pienovi can always catch 100% of my attention. His knowledge of the market, his situational insight and intuition always impress me. I've always learned great amounts from him and "when I grow up, I'd like to be just like him".
- What is the best advice you ever received?
- Grow when the market is slow and you think its not the time to spend money.
- If you could live anywhere in the world, where would it be?
- I can not imagine living anywhere else in the world than right here in Portland, Oregon. It offers so much and people from all over the world visit here. The city is rich in culture, breath-taking outdoor landscapes and AMAZING food.
