Ignore your options!

I say "Ignore your options" because if you have a choice between Tim and other agents... igonre your options and go with Tim. He was very knowledgeable about every aspect of our purchase and took the time to make sure that we were happy with our decision. Our budget was $300,000 and he paid as much attnetion to us as he would have to someone wih a much larger budget. Here's another part that we thought was great. Most agents will ride with you or have you ride with them. Tim will have you follow him for this reason. It allows you and your significant other to have an unrestricted conversation about the house you just saw. With an agent in the car this may not happen and your final decission could pay the price. I would recommend Tim to anyone looking to buy or sell. We had a great experience and the personal touch was unmatched. A home purchase can be a confusing experience but Tim walked us through every part of it and made sure that we understood the process. Tim, Thank you!!!
