We have just closed on our very anxious yet exciting first home purchase. He treated us like we were his only clients available day or night and on weekends. Quickly responding to any emails and questions we had. We never felt lead in the wrong direction or rushed as we looked at many homes. He understood our home wish list and did his best to deliver. He took us step by step providing detailed information on the home's structure, building materials, location and real estate market. He pointed out minor repairs needing to be done and how to do them. At negotiation time he went to bat for us and we were surprised to get everything we wanted including all repairs. I have no doubt it was due to Tom's skills and market knowledge. During the repair process he checked every detail and even had the seller fix repairs already made. What an eye!
