A.S. sell a previous house with Carol J Smith and would not recommend them to other home sellers.
I rented from Ms. Smith and it will be the last time I do so. She made it very clear that she would never rent to young renters after us and that we were not good tenants. She even went as far as to make insulting personal comments. The apartment was nice and the other renters in the apartment was wonderful, but Ms. Smith ruined the whole experience for us just in the time of us moving out.
