He works with an excellent team of people to assist with the closing of a home. River does follow up on all the details that occur with purchasing a home, from processing paperwork to picking up the trash.

When we worked with River we found out that he was more than an outstanding realtor, he was also an incredible negotiator. There were several moments during the purchase of our home when we were biting our nails, and at each point his calm professionalism and realistic assessment of the mechanics of wheeling-and-dealing worked well for us. Because he went the extra distance, we were able to have the sellers accept our offer, even after the seller’s real estate agent basically gave us the message that the sellers (bank owned) would not be interested in dealing with the FHA program. When we found things that needed to be fixed in the home, we were able to negotiate a lower price and got a better adjustment than we anticipated. We had smooth financing and a smooth closing and we arrived and took possession of a great home for a nice price.
