- There are so many of them, but I remember I found property for first-time buyers that was offered for "cash only" due to property condition. Of course buyers had only enough to make 3% down payment. However, I offered them to make offer subject to FHA loan. Offer was accepted, and with God's guidance, I have helped these clients to organize inspections, repairs, re-inspections, and to get loan, ending these efforts in successful closing of this transaction.
- What is your best characteristic?
- "Extremely well organized" said about me one Mortgage Company manager in his recommendation letter, the letter I didn't even ask for. It was his "Thank you" expression. Also, I love to use latest technology to advance my as well as my clients' success. Beside that, the most important thing for me is integrity, which I believe is as important with $1.00 transaction as it is with $999,000,000,000 or more.
