- $300,000 to $400,000, but there are neighborhoods where homes start under $200,000 and go up to $750
- Why do you enjoy being a real estate agent?
- I enjoy getting to know my clients. I like to help people have fun with the process, and assist them with clarifying their goals and dreams. Buying and selling can be smooth and easy, and I like to help create that. It's nice to be experienced enough to help people avoid the pitfalls, and I enjoy using my considerable problem solving skills when they are needed.
- What is the most challenging issue you face as a Real Estate Professional?
- It's difficult when my buyer faces a multiple offer situation. Fortunately my clients often have their offer accepted, but sometimes they lose out on a house they had bonded with. Buying or selling is an emotional experience for most people, and that's okay. My job is to be that neutral party and I know that in most cases, there is a an even more suitable home on its way.

- The people who wanted a country place where they could have sheep, but ended up right in the city, adjacent to a huge park.
- What is your best characteristic?
- When I listen and ask questions, I can often synthesize what people are saying in a way that helps them clarify their dreams.

- Music, animals, people creating their lives with joy and excitement and courage, people standing up for others.

- Slow down, breathe, have fun, enjoy the mystery.
