I specialize in new construction listings and working with buyers who are looking in the close-in neighborhoods of N, NE, and SE Portland. I have a keen eye for properties that appeal to cyclists and other alternative modes of transit.

"We decided to work with Adam initially because he advertised house hunting by bicycle. We thought this would be a great way to see neighborhoods, and we are avid cyclists too. He started working for us even before we moved to Portland. After we arrived, we spent many weeks looking at houses and making many offers. Adam was always available to answer questions or check out new listings we came across. He worked late many nights putting together offers for us. We found many great homes, but kept getting out-bid. Adam always had a positive attitude and we eventually found the house that was perfect for us. We got more than a great house working with Adam, we got a great friend. Adam is not a typical realtor, he's very genuine."
Response: "Thanks Kurt & Whitney. I look forward to hanging out again soon." This review has been confirmed by the reviewer.

I was working with some buyers who wanted to do their house hunting by bicycle. I was thrilled. We biked all over the East side and had a blast. We made several offers on various properties and got beat out on all of them. One property we saw went pending before we got to write an offer. This was very disappointing, because it looked like it would be a perfect fit for these buyers. So, we kept our eye on it. Luckily, it came back on the market and we got our offer submitted and accepted. After a couple of weeks of searching, multiple offers written, and at least 50 miles on our bikes, we finally got them into a house that had everything they wanted.
